This light course is only available after 9pm and is perfect for an after-party. Start off with a drink of the sweet and salty edamame picked that morning, followed by the classic lineup of freshly fried crispy potato fries that go perfectly with your alcoholic beverages.Furthermore, their tuna yukke, made with their prized tuna mixed with rich egg yolk and special sauce, is the perfect accompaniment to alcohol.Finish off with tuna chazuke (rice bowl with rice and tuna rice) flavored with fragrant dashi broth for a relaxing and soothing end to the meal.It's a casual course of four dishes, but it's also very satisfying.
